Abstract

Increasingly tight business competition in the era of globalization requires business actors to take strategic steps to ensure the sustainability of their business. The emergence of online markets forces business people to redesign their business models to be in line with current industry developments, especially in the fashion sector. Nibras House Boutique is a Muslim fashion outlet for all groups. Nibras House boutique not only offers Muslim clothing, but also provides complete Hajj and Umrah equipment. The aim of this research is to expand the business network, so appropriate alternative strategies are needed for selling products from the Nibras House Boutique. This research uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a visual representation tool where business processes can be explained comprehensively. Technological advances have significantly increased competitiveness and SWOT analysis is used to identify Nibras House Boutique’s current strengths and opportunities that can be maintained and improved, as well as weaknesses and threats that need to be avoided. The results of this research from the BMC are a modification proposed for the Nibras House Boutique. These modifications include enhancing the channel by advertising products on various social media platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads. Additionally, the main activities focus on providing excellent customer service, maintaining courtesy, and a friendly attitude. The value proposition includes wrapping products in special packaging boxes to make them look exclusive
