Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF ENVIRONMENT AND WORK ABILITY ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT BPR SYARI'AH BERKAH DANA FADHILLAH AIR TIRIS KAMPAR DISTRICT By VIVIN AULIA 11970123856 This research was conducted at PT BPR Syari'ah Berkah Dana Fadhillah Air Tiris, Kampar District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of enthusiasm and work ability on the performance of PT BPR Syari'ah Berkah Dana Fadhillah Air Tiris Kampar District employees, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were BPR Syari'ah Dana Fadhillah Air Tiris employees, Kampar District, with a total sample of 32 people. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Quantitative data analysis methods. The results showed that partially morale had an effect on employee performance, as well as work ability had an effect on employee performance. Simultaneously enthusiasm and work ability had an effect on employee performance at PT BPR Syari'ah Berkah Dana Fadhillah Air Tiris, Kampar District. The magnitude of the effect is 67.4% while the remaining 32.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Enthusiasm, Ability, Performance
