Abstract
Feed is one of the important factors in the livestock business. Cassava skin can be made into one alternative feed by fermentation. This study purposed to know the content of the fiber fraction such as neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatment in this study was fermentation time A = 0 days, B = 3 days, C = 6 days and D =9 days. The results showed that the different fermentation time (9 days) hight significantly (P<0.01) the content of ADF and no significant (P>0.05) in NDF, ADL, hemicellulose and sellulose. As conclusion that the different fermentation time was gived effect the content of ADF but no significantly (P>0.05) to content NDF,ADL, hemicellulose and sellulose KUKF.
