Abstract

The research have been conducted from March to April 2014 at the Laboratorium of Pathology, Entimology and Microbiology of the Faculty of Agrotechnology and Animal Science, Islamic State University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. The objective of the research were the exploration of the micoriza on the some species of plants at the experimentation station of the Faculty of Agroteknologi Animal Science, State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, Desa Kuala Nenas, Kampar Regency. The samples have been taken from around the Rizosphera of the plants. The spora isolation have been conducted by using the wet altering gear and than centrigugated in 2000 rpm and added with 60% glucose and centifugate for 2 minutes. The centrifugate material were examinated under microscope and identified that the micoriza, spore on the plant at the peat soil were Acaulospora, Diversipora, Gigaspora decipiens, Cetraspora pellucid and Paraglomus occultum.
