Based on the data analysis, the writer concluded that students’ reading comprehension taught by using Facts, Questions, Responses (FQR) strategy is higher than students’ taught without using Facts, Questions, Responses (FQR) strategy. It can be seen through score from pre-test to post-test of control group increaced 5.41 and score from pre-test to post-test of experimental group increaced 13.95. And, there is any significant effect of using Facts, Questions, Response (FQR) strategy toward Reading Comprehension of the First Year Students at State Senior High School 12 Pekanbaru. It can be seen that tobtained is bigger than ttable with df=72. In to= 5.454 is bigger than tt= 2.00 (at level 5%) and tt= 2.65 (at level 1%); 2.00 ≤ 5.454 ≥ 2.65. It means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected
