Abstract

Family is the smallest unit or community unit, often called the Primary Group. Parents are the first medium to color the lives of individuals. Once a child is born he immediately confronts his parents. Family is the first educator or teacher for the individual in determining the individual attitudes until he/she matures. Therefore, the role of parents in educating children is very important in determining the quality of learning outcomes. Learning outcomes expected by madrasah and parents that must exist in the students is the achievement of the ability of students from the aspects of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Madrasah Based Curriculum Management is very necessary for the implementation of teaching and learning process in an educational institution where expected results desired by Madrasah and parents to children can be achieved according to the desired target. According to the source that the authors interviewed based on the recap of the score of the lesson year 2015/2016 in the even semester that the score of the Arabic subjects obtained by students per KKM of Madrasah Aliyah in the district of Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir regency, there is a difference between the Madrasah that uses Madrasah based curriculum management and Madrasah wearing Curriculum management 2013. The purposes of this study are 1. To determine the effect of the implementation of Madrasah Based Curriculum Management toward students’ learning outcomes in Arabic lesson at Madrasah Aliyah in Bagan Sinembah District Rokan Hilir Regency, 2. Knowing the role of parents toward students’ learning outcomes in Arabic lesson at Madrasah Aliyah in Bagan Sinembah District Rokan Hilir Regency, 3. Knowing Madrasah Based Curriculum Management and teachers’ roles toward students’ learning outcomes in Arabic lesson at Madrasah Aliyah in Bagan Sinembah District Rokan Hilir Regency This research method is a descriptive technique with the data percentage of qualitative in nature which is described by words that are easy to understand to obtain a conclusion. Whereas quantitative data in the form of numbers is made into a percentage, and then transformed into descriptive by percentage. The results of the study explain the role of parent education in the family has a positive and dominant influence on the character formation of children as good citizens. The role of parent education in the family includes the role of education in the family and school. Parents’ roles in the family are maintaining and fostering nature, morals, independence, and actualize themselves to the social environment. While the role of parents in the education of their children (school) is to guide the home study, find the interest and communicate about it with the lecturer, xiii communicate the problem with the LPTK, and observe things that affect the child's learning outcomes. The role of parents in improving children's learning outcomes is categorized “enough” (52.38%). The supporting and inhibiting factors of the application of Curriculum Management Based on Madrasah Aliyah a. Supporting factors 1) Education background of madrasah head 2) The frequency to follow supervision training 3) the simplicity madrasah being led, and 4) State of teachers and employees, b. Inhibiting factors are 1) Experience of being a principal 2) Cooperation and support from the teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities have not been maximized.
