Abstract

Goat nuts are often found in rural areas maintained by almost every household. Peanut goat farms at the farm family level continue to make progress in line with progress in the goat breeding business itself. The studies related to efforts to increase the productivity of Goat nuts directly provide support In the direction of better cultivation. In addition, it is also necessary to provide motivation motivation kea business which is economical to increase the income of farmer's family. This research aim to know perception of goat breeder of Bean to technical aspect of maintenance at Desa Tanjung Bungo Kampar Timur Subdistrict Kampar Regency. This research has been conducted in Tanjung Bungo Village, Kampar Timur Sub-district, Kampar District. The implementation time of this research is 3 months in Januari month - March 2017. This research is designed as a descriptive correlational survey. The influence variable is the respondent's characteristic and the influenced variable is the respondent's perception on the technical aspects of peanut goat maintenance. In this research data source is primary data and secondary data. The variables measured were age, sex, education, main job and respondent's perception about technical aspects of peanut goat maintenance. The data collected in this research is processed and analyzed with the help of excel program. The relationship between respondent characteristics with perception of technical aspects of peanut goat maintenance is analyzed by using cross tabulation or cross tabulation with the help of SPSS program version 17.0. The result of this research is the level of education and the main job of the respondent can build a good perception on all technical aspect which is used as Variable in this research. The main job relationships with the varieties of seed selection, cultivation system, feed and drinking water and guarding the health of livestock are categorized as positive, indicating the value of the magnitude quite strong and unidirectional.
