Abstract

Information systems are crucial for companies to carry out their daily operations. This includes maintaining customer information, handling loans, and tracking project progress. However, while information systems are helpful, relying too heavily on them can create problems, particularly with data security. PT Sumi Gita Jaya has begun using an Enterprise Project Management Information System (EPMIS) to streamline projects and help manage customer information. This study aims to determine the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value to help provide recommendations on how to manage risks in the Enterprise Project Management Information System (EPMIS). The study uses the ISO 31000 method to measure the riskiness of a system. These steps include identifying risks, analyzing them, calculating the RPN, assessing the risks, and deciding what to do about them. This study assesses risk levels from highest to lowest and provides reviews, actions, and recommendations for resolving the issues caused by the risks.
