Abstract

This study was conducted to observe the management practices of Mosque managers in enhancing the prosperity of As-Su'ada Mosque in the Candrabaga housing complex, Bahagia Village, Babelan Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency. The research problem addressed was concerning the issues faced by Mosque managers in managing and enriching As-Su'ada Mosque in the Candrabaga housing complex, Bahagia Village, Babelan Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency. The objective of this research was to identify the challenges encountered by the managers of AsSu'ada Mosque in managing the enrichment of the Mosque in the Candrabaga housing complex, Babelan Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency. The research employed a qualitative and descriptive methodology. The findings revealed that the crisis faced by the managers significantly impedes the prosperity of the Mosque. It was observed that Mosque managers have not maximized cooperation among themselves, and the role of the congregation in supporting Mosque activities needs to be emphasized further. Additionally, the operational efficiency of Mosque programs is suboptimal and lacks robust implementation. Keywords: Challenges, Mosque Managers, Prosperous, Mosque
