Abstract
ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGs) PROGRAM IN NO POVERTY DEVELOPMENT IN KOTO TIBUN VILLAGE By: RISKAAFRILYA NIM. 12070526935 This research is motivated by high poverty conditions in rural areas, one of which is Koto Tibun Village. Therefore, to reduce poverty in rural areas, the Indonesian Government designed the Sustainable Development Goals (Village SDGs) program. The poor residents in the village are spread across 4 hamlets in Koto Tibun Village, who have modest accommodation, wage income that does not match the amount of expenditure, have family members with disabilities, which results in the large number of poor people in Koto Tibun Village. So this research aims to determine the implementation of the SDGs program by the Koto Tibun Village Government in reducing poverty. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The theory used in this research is the Implementation theory by George C. Edward III which consists of Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and observation. The technique for selecting informants is through purposive sampling. The techniques for data analysis in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program in Koto Tibun Village has not met the criteria stated by George C. Edward. It is hoped that the program carried out by Koto Tibun Village will be further improved, the community as aid recipients are also expected to use the aid properly.
