HIERARCHY PROCESS

Abstract
PT Mayatama Solusindo Dumai, an internet service provider company in Dumai, has been experiencing
challenges with their internet network services, as they consistently fail to meet their installation targets in 2022.
This has led to an increase in customer complaints regarding slow repairs and internet connections, indicating a
decline in employee performance. Currently, employee performance appraisal at the company is conducted solely
by superiors, resulting in a one-sided evaluation process. To address this issue and enhance the quality of human
resources and employee performance, it is recommended to implement the 360 Degree Feedback method and
Analytical Hierarchy Process for performance evaluation. A recent study conducted on 10 employees revealed
that 8 of them received good scores, while the remaining 2 received fair scores, with score ranges ranging from
4.74 to 3.88
