Abstract
This study aims to (1) determine the level of occupational safety and health risks at the boiler station at PT Indri Plant using the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment And Risk Control (HIRARC) method; (2) identify the factors that cause work accidents at the boiler station using the Event and Causal Factor Analysis (ECFA) method; and (3) provide preventive proposals in the form of displays for controlling occupational safety and health (K3). Preliminary investigation precedes research. Data is collected by observation and interview. PT Indri Plant's boiler station hosts research. The results showed that: (1) the results of ranking using the risk level matrix by paying attention to the likelihood and concequence values, it is known that there is 1 type of accident at a moderate risk level, namely terpelest, for the high risk level, there are 2 risks, namely being exposed to hot ash/coal and hot steam; (2) workers' low awareness of PPE and occupational health and safety are the main causes of work accidents; (3) suggestions to improve the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) system at PT Indri Plant to reduce work accidents by providing job training, PPE, and K3 education to employees. Keywords : Occupational health and safety (K3), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment And Risk Control (HIRARC), Event And Causal Factor Analysis (ECFA)
