Abstract
BAGUS ANJARI SUWITO (2023) : RANCANG BANGUN HELPDESK TICKETING SYSTEM CV. GARUDA CYBER INDONESIA BERBASIS ANDROID CV. Garuda Cyber Indonesia is company that is engaged in application development services that use the latest technology in order to provide the best solutions to customers. CV. Garuda Cyber Indonesia has been trusted by hundreds of companies and agencies to develop their system. The impact of the large number of customers is, in the form of difficulties for customers who have problems with their application to explain to the company, because complaints about these problems still use phone and instant messages such as Whatsapp. The purpose of this paper is to design the helpdesk ticketing system in CV. Garuda Cyber Indonesia. This new system is designed using the RAD method, which is a method with three stages, such as requirements planning, system design, and implementation. The testing process is using the blackbox method with a User Acceptance Test (UAT) tested by admins, technicians, leaders and clients with the results of user acceptance testing is reaching 93.7% which is interpreted very well.
