Abstract

ANALISA PENGUKURAN KINERJA YAYASAN ABC SMA XYZ MENGGUNAKAN METODE INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM (IPMS) Zulkamar Rizki 11752100430 Program Studi Teknik Industri, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi, Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif; Email: zulkamarrizky@gmail.com Abstrak SMA XYZ merupakan sekolah swasta yang memiliki banyak murid dengan banyak permasalahan, yaitu prestasi akademik dan non akademik siswa yang masih rendah atau dibawah rata-rata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan key performance indicator (KPI) yang bisa digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja sekolah secara menyeluruh dan mengukur kinerja sekolah berdasarkan metode Integrated Performance Measurment System (IPMS). Berdasarkan metode IPMS didapatkan hasil KPI akhir dari setiap stakeholder yang ada di SMA XYZ, yaitu : sarana olahraga yang lengkap, perpustakaan yang lengkap, laboratorium yang lengkap, gaji yang layak, ruang kelas yang layak, ruang guru yang nyaman, jumlah siswa setiap tahun meningkat, tingkat kelulusan siswa 100%, siswa menjuarai setiap perlombaan, siswa diterima di perguruan tinggi negri dan nilai UN Siswa diatas rata-rata. Kata kunci : Integrated Performance Measurment System (IPMS), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Pengukuran Kinerja Abstract XYZ High School is a private school that has many students with many problems, namely the academic and non-academic achievements of students who are still low or below average. The purpose of this study is to determine key performance indicators (KPI) that can be used to measure school performance as a whole and to measure school performance based on the Integrated Performance Measurment System (IPMS) method. Based on the IPMS method, the final KPI results obtained from each stakeholder in XYZ High School, namely: complete sports facilities, complete libraries, complete laboratories, decent salaries, decent classrooms, comfortable teacher rooms, number of students every year it increases, the graduation rate of students is 100%, students win every competition, students are accepted at state universities and students' UN scores are above average.
