Abstract

ABSTRACT Wini Aprilia (2022): Death Certificate Article 44 Paragraph 1 of 2013 Concerning Population Administration According to the Perspective of Fiqh Siyasah This research is motivated by the implementation of Article 44 paragraph (1) of Law Number 24 of 2013 regarding population administration related to the issuance of death certificates in Tanah Putih District, it was found that people had not reported the death of one of their family members who had died. Although it is not regulated directly by texts (Al-Qur'an and Hadith), however, the recording of death in the form of a death certificate brings great benefit or benefit when done and can avoid harm or things that have a bad impact if it has been recorded. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to implement Article 44 paragraph (1) of Law Number 24 of 2013 regarding population administration related to the issuance of death certificates in Tanah Putih District. What are the factors that influence the implementation of death certificate registration in Tanah Putih District, and how does Fiqh Siyasah review the implementation of death certificate registration in Tanah Putih District. From this research, it can be seen that the implementation of recording death certificates in Tanah Putih District has not been fully effective because there are still many people who do not report one of their family members who has died. Factors that influence the implementation of death certificate registration in Tanah Putih Sub-district is the lack of public knowledge and understanding of government policies related to reporting deaths to the Population and Civil Registration Service. Meanwhile, according to Fiqh Siyasah, the implementation of recording death certificates is included in Siyasah Duturiyah. If done, it can avoid harm or things that have a bad impact.
