Abstract

ABSTRAK Inggit Nawangsih, (2019) : Penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Question Student Have untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 006 Sungai Buluh Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam melalui penerapan metode question student have di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 006 Sungai Buluh Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa, diantaranya kurangnya partisipasi siswa untuk mengajukan pertanyaan saat diberi kesempatan untuk bertanya, hanya sebagian siswa yang menjawab pertanyaan dari guru, dan hanya sebagian siswa yang mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan guru.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 orang guru dan 24 orang siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 006 Sungai Buluh Kecamatan Singingi Hilir. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah metode question student have dan aktivitas belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dua siklus, setiap siklus dilakukan dua kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data, aktivitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam sebelum tindakan aktivitas belajar siswa hanya 53% atau berada pada kategori rendah. Setelah dilakukan tindakan aktivitas belajar pada siklus I60% dengan kategori cukup pada siklus II aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 84% dengan kategori sangat baik. Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa melalui penerapan metode question student have dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 006 Sungai Buluh Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. ABSTRACT Inggit Nawangsih, (2019): The Implementation of Question Student Have Learning Method in Increasing Student Learning Activity on Natural Science Subject at State Elementary School 006 Sungai Buluh, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency This research aimed at knowing the increase of student learning activity on Natural Science subject through the implementation of Question Student Have learning method at the fifth grade of State Elementary School 006 Sungai Buluh, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. It was instigated by the low of student learning activity such as: students did not participate much in the questioning time, only some students answered the teacher questions, and only some students did the task given by the teacher. It was Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research were a teacher and 24 students at the fifth grade. The objects were Question Student Have learning method and learning activity. It was conducted for two cycles, and every cycle comprised two meetings. Observation, and documentation were the techniques of collecting the data. The technique of analyzing the data was qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the research findings and data analyses, student learning activity on Natural Science subject before the action was 53% and it was on low category. After doing the action, student learning activity in the first cycle was 60% and it was on enough category. In the second cycle, student learning activity increased to 84% and it was on very good category. So, it could be concluded that the implementation of Question Student Have learning method could increase student learning activity on Natural Science subject at the fifth grade of State Elementary School 006 Sungai Buluh, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
