Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan penurunan stunting di Desa Tanjung Berlian Barat, Kecamatan Kundur Utara, Kabupaten Karimun, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan terdiri atas Camat, Kepala Desa, tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas, kader posyandu, serta masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan penurunan stunting telah dijalankan melalui posyandu, penyuluhan gizi, pemberian makanan tambahan, dan pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita. Namun, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat, kondisi ekonomi, dan keterbatasan anggaran menjadi kendala utama. Dukungan pemerintah daerah dan kader posyandu merupakan peluang strategis yang dapat dimaksimalkan. Strategi holistik diperlukan untuk menurunkan angka stunting secara signifikan.
