Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of Leadership and Job Satisfaction on employee job satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach based on questionnaires. The sampling method used was a census or saturation technique, which sampled the entire population, namely 30 employees. The study included multiple linear regression analysis and conducted hypothesis testing to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of the variables. The results of the partial test showed that the variables Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Vertical Communication had a positive and significant influence on performance, meeting the criteria of a calculated t-value > t-table and a significance value <0.05. Meanwhile, for the simultaneous test, the calculated f value (8.951) > t table (2.048), and the sig value (0.000) <0.05 means that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of leadership influence, Organizational Culture and Vertical Communication on Job Satisfaction of PT. Kebun Nusantara while the R-Square value is 0.451 or 45.1%. The conclusion is that the variables of Leadership Influence, Organizational Culture, Vertical Communication have an influence of 45.1% on the performance variable while the remaining 15% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
