Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate, from the perspective of the students, how useful video recording is for oral communication. This study was carried out at Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru in November 2024 using a qualitative case study methodology. 30 students were given questionnaires as part of the sample procedure in order to gather data from second-year students, specifically those in class XI TKR 2. Additionally, a purposive sampling strategy was used to interview a chosen group of participants. The finding of showed if most of the students belive that video recording have the good effectiveness into their oral communication.
