Abstract

ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE AND WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. ALAM PERMATA RIAU (APR) MOTHER PLANT HOUSE (MPH) AREA IN THE SECTOR OF BASERAH CENTRAL NURSERY (BCN) SECTOR By: FITRIA NOVIRA 12070122633 This research was conducted at PT Alam Permata Riau (APR) Kuantan Singingi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT Alam Permata Riau (APR). Respondents in this study amounted to 52 people using saturated or census sampling techniques. Data analysis in this study is quantitative using multiple linear regression methods and the data is analyzed using the SPSS V25 program. Based on the results of this study, it shows that work discipline has a partially significant effect with a t value of 5.836> t table 2.009 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 on employee performance at PT Alam Permata Riau (APR). And Work Motivation has a partially significant effect with a t value of 3.737> t table 2.009 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.005 on employee performance at PT Alam Permata Riau (APR). Simultaneously, work discipline and work motivation variables have a significant effect with an F value of 54.499> F table 4.03 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 on employee performance variables at PT Alam Permata Riau (APR). The R Square value of 0.690 or 69% means that the employee performance variable is influenced by work discipline and work motivation, while the remaining 31% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.
