Abstract
Abstract— E-wallet is a temporary wallet that has funds in an online application, which allows users to perform cashless transactions with their digital accounts in web applications. This research focuses on the UTAUT 2 model and trust variables to find and analyze the factors that influence user interest in the OVO application. A total of 96 OVO app users were administered an online questionnaire. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (PLS SEM) with Smart-PLS.3 software. The results showed that of the 12 hypotheses tested, 7 were accepted and 5 were rejected. The accepted hypotheses include the variables Continuance Usage Intention affects Continuance Usage Behavior, Effort Expectancy affects Performance Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions affects Continuance Usage Behavior, Hedonic Motivation affects Continuance Usage Intention, Performance Expectancy affects Continuance Usage Intention, and Trust affects Continuance Usage Intention and Performance Expectancy. While the variables Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value do not have a significant effect on Continuance Usage Intention and Continuance Usage Behavior. According to this study, the variables of Habit, Performance Expectancy and Trust are very important for user satisfaction and continuance usage behavior. Improving these factors in the future can help retain and attract more users to e-wallet applications.
