Abstract

ABSTRAK Inovasi Pelayanan Dalam Meningkatkan Penerimaan Pajak Bumi Dan Bangunan Melalui Smart Tax Pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru Wavi Yatul Ahdi 12070520813 This research is motivated by the existence of a digital technology-ased pdate in carrying out land and building tax payment transactions which are managed by te Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency. This innovation egan to exixt since the covid-19 pandemic so that taxpayers can continue to pay taxes without having to gather together. This innovation is called the smart tax application which aims to make it easier for taxpayers to pay taxes and improve the quality of servise at the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Primary data was obtained through interviews with informants, while secondary data was obtained from articles, books, journals, library studies and related literature. The results of this research show that this smart tax has several menus starting with using applications such as UN registration, checking UN billing, printing SPPT, tax reporting (SPTPD). This smart has a bank payment and non-bank payment menu and smart tax also provides a guide on how to make tax payments. And this smart tax has an assessment feature for smart tax user satisfaction. However, not many people in Pekanbaru City know about this smart tax application because of the lack of socialization carried out by the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency.
