Abstract

IZZATUL FIRAUDHA(2024): UPAYA GURU DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KREATIVITAS MENGGAMBAR ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN DI TAMAN KANAK-KANAK TIARA KIDS ISLAMIC SCHOOL PEKANBARU Based on the research findings in the field on the teacher efforts in developing student drawing creativity, it was necessary to implement activities aiming at finding out the teacher efforts in developing drawing creativity of 5-6 years old children at Kindergarten of Tiara Kids Islamic School Pekanbaru. Qualitative descriptive method was used in this research. The respondents/informants of this research were the headmaster, 6 teachers, and 53 students divided into 3 classes. The focus of this research was the teacher efforts in developing children drawing creativity. Purposive sampling technique was used in this research. The technique of determining data was done with certain developments. The samples were 17 students of Class B1, and 53 students were the population of this research. The techniques of collecting data were interview, observation, and documentation. The technique of analyzing data were data reduction, data display, and conclusion (verification). The research findings showed that the efforts made by teachers in developing children drawing creativity were drawing according to directions and drawing freely. The factors influencing teacher efforts in developing children drawing creativity were supporting factors such as environmental conditions, the roles of teachers, and the roles of parents; and the obstructing factors such as mental stimulation and the children-tired condition.
