Abstract
This paper tries to describe about how to develop competency based curriculum syllabus that has been a current issue in educational world in Indonesia since last two years. In 2003, Indonesian governance has made a new educational policy that changes Indonesian educational system. It also gives opportunity to the educational institutions in every level especially teachers and headmaster to develop a new curriculum which is based on competency needed by the students to live their future life and face workworld.
