Abstract
ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF LOCATION, TASTE, AND SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF PECEL LELE PAK DEWO IN KUOK VILLAGE BY: OBBY SHOBARNAS NIM: 11571104806 This research was conducted at Pecel Lele Pak Dewo in Kuok Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, taste, and service quality on customer satisfaction of Pecel Lele Pak Dewo in Kuok Village. The total population in this study is 8,345 people who live in Kuok Village. In this study, the research sample consisted of 100 residents of Kuok Village who had shopped at the Pecel Lele Pak Dewo shop. The results of the study show that simultaneously there is an influence of Location, Taste, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. And partially, there is the effect of location, taste, and service quality on customer satisfaction of Pecel Lele Pak Dewo in Kuok Village. Suggestions that can be given to the owner/employee to continue to try to provide energy or business efforts are expected so that customer satisfaction leads to a better direction. more able to always be patient in giving jobs to fellow employees, at Pecel Lele Pak Dewo in Kuok Village.
