Abstract

The National Land Agency has an E-Office system that aims to facilitate office administrative processing within the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency. However, the use of E-Office is still not optimally used, such as the minutes feature, errors in sending letters, the dashboard display is less attractive and the link menu cannot be accessed. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the results of evaluating user satisfaction with the E-Office system. Researchers will evaluate the satisfaction of users of the E-Office system using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method on the variables content, accuracy, format, easy of use, timeliness and user of satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 37 people taken from the population of E-Office system users. In collecting questionnaire data, researchers used the Google Form link to be distributed to respondents. The results of the proposed hypothesis test are 5 variables which indicate the hypothesis is accepted and has a significant influence.
