Abstract

SURYA LESMANA (2022) : ANALISIS KUALITAS LAYANAN WEBSITE PONDOK PESANTREN TEKNOLOGI RIAU TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEBQUAL 4.0 The Riau Technology Islamic Boarding School website (pptr.sch.id) is a website that provides information and news services, including institutional profiles, news on student activities, photo gallery of student activities, academic calendar information. During publication there has never been any special handling of this Website. There are several problems that occur on the Website, namely in terms of usability quality there are menus that do not function properly, in terms of information quality there is some information that is rarely updated and in terms ofiservice interaction quality there are menus or information presented from the Website but cannot be accessed again. The purpose of this study, to obtain the level of measurement of the quality of Website services. This measurement was carried outiusing the Webqual 4.0 method. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the relationship between variables from webqual 4.0 to users (User Satisfaction). The variables of Webqual consist of usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality. The results of this study were obtained on the three dimensions of the Webqual variable having a T count greater thaniT table = 1.705 with a T count value of usabilityiquality of 2.167, information quality of 2.102, quality of service interaction of 2.748. And with a Sig.t value whichiis lower than the error value α =0.05 for each Webqual variable. This study can be concluded that of the three variables Webqual 4.0 has a positive effect on user satisfaction (User Satisfaction) so that users are satisfied withithe quality of usability, quality of information and quality of service interaction.
