Abstract

This research was conducted in a case study of oil palm companies, which included several entities including plantations, palm oil mills, and processing industries. The problem faced by this company is a waste processing system. This is caused by an increase in the percentage of waste produced by the company. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the environmental management system in order to maintain existing waste standards. The purpose of this study is to measure the application of environmental management systems using the concept of green supply chain management. The application of an environmental management system has been regulated in the ISO (International Standard Organization) certification in 14001. This study uses Green SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) models to design business processes and perform performance measurements using key performance indicators. Data collection is obtained usingtechnique purposive sampling with the number of respondents 10 people including experts who understand about corporate environmental management. This research produced 24 KPI (Key Performance Indicators) which were used to measure environmental management performance. The value of the company's environmental management performance was obtained at 80.37%. This study has evaluated the environmental management system, outlining the mechanism for evaluating environmental management performance based on KPI. Further research that key performance indicators must examine several other environmental standards to get more optimal results. Keywords: Green SCM; Green SCOR; KPI; Performance Measurement.
