Abstract

ABSTRACT Abdul Latif : "The Influence of Academic Supervision and School Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance at Fadhilah Integrated Islamic Elementary School Pekanbaru". Thesis of Master Program in Islamic Education Management (MPI) Postgraduate at UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of academic supervision and school organizational culture on teacher performance at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. The population in this study were teachers at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, totaling 35 respondents who are teachers at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. while the classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test), statistical test (t test, F test, coefficient of determination test). The results of this study indicate that academic supervision and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru.
