The researcher used qualitative research with case study design to explore the students‟ perception of speakers‟ accents on their listening comprehension. The participants in this research were the fourth-semester students at the Department of English Education who had taken the Interpretive Listening and Critical Listening class. Purposive sampling was used in this research. The technique in collecting the data is the interview. The data were analyzed by using three phases, those are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification (Miles & Huberman, 1994). The results showed that the students have a positive and negative perceptions about speakers' accents on their listening comprehension. It also discovered that speakers‟ accents make students easy and difficult to understand the information conveyed by the speakers. The ease depends on the accent the speakers used.
