Abstract

ABSTRACT Pekanbaru City has many Small and Medium Enterprises, which are already managed by some people who are already responsible for the Small and Medium Enterprises. So in addition to increasing the welfare of other communities, the existence of Small and Medium Enterprises also plays a role as the basis for regional economic growth, especially the city of Pekanbaru. Some of the existing problems cause difficulties for a Small and Medium Enterprise. Such as labor, capital and so on. Small and Medium Business Owners in the culinary field also have a big responsibility in developing Small and Medium Enterprises. Having good potential will also provide increased development for the development of these Small and Medium Enterprises. The Fuzzy-ANP method in the Decision Support System can calculate the Ranking level. produces an example of Small and Medium Enterprises that are currently running well in Pekanbaru City with the highest weight, namely 72.11%.
