Abstract

APPLICATION OF THE TOPSIS METHOD IN DECISION SUPPORT PLANNING SELECTION DISTRICT REGIONAL ROKAN HILIR DEVELOPMENT HARIS SUYANDA NIM: 11553102873 Date of Final Exam: Januari 12th 2021 Graduation Period: Department of Information System Faculty of Science and Technology State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau Soebrantas Street, No. 155, Pekanbaru ABSTRACT This application is a decision support system for the selection of regional development planning for Rokan Hilir Regency using the Technique For Order Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the case study used is at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) Rokan Hilir Regency. according to the results of the research conducted, it was obtained 5 (five) criteria which were used as a reference for assessment in the selection of development planning, namely the amount of funds / budget, needs, affairs (mandatory / non-mandatory) and targets achieved. The final result of this research is in the form of a rank value from the total data that has been ranked so that the highest value is the best recommendation for the selection of development planning, the final result of the decision rating is obtained V4 (Procurement of office administration student practice room at SMK Widya), V7 (Procurement of practice space Mechanical Engineering students of SMK Widya), and V3 (Handstool / Mechanical Engineering practice equipment of SMK Widya) were in the top 3 ranks with a co5nsecutive score of 0.817; 0.817; 0.648, while the final rank was V13 (Normalization Block 5/6 Kelurahan Balai Jaya) with a value of 0.0286. With The existence of this SPK is expected to help the Rokan Hilir Regency BAPPEDA Office in making computerized decisions in selecting locations for further regional development planning.
