Abstract

Research background is some of student have not yet can articulate vocabulary new, student still have not yet can interpret words correctly, student have not yet can translate language words english to Indonesia, student have not yet can find equation or antonym in english language and lack of student domination to matter taught, this condition are seen from daily restating result that executed student that majority below KKM that is 60 from 30 students 60% has not yet reached value KKM. Formulation of research internal issue this is the wether technique draw and colour can improve student vocabulary in english language IVB class SDN 014 sei putih Tapung district Kampar Regency. This research wash conducted in two cycles and each cycles consited two of meetings in conducting this research, the writer followed the steps of clasroom action research procedures: 1) Planing/action preparation, 2) action and execution, 3) Observation, and reflection. The research finding shows that, the aplication technique draw and colour at english language subject, known from existence of improvement of english language vocabulary domination student from cycle I to cycle II. From result test at data early domination of english language vocabulary student only reaches 59,3% with category because it is at span of 34-66%. At cycle I the average of domination of english language vocabulary only reaches 69,2% at high category because it is at span of 67-100%%. whereas at perception result at cycle ii the average of domination of english language vocabulary student reaches 79,7% at high category. This situation indicates that study repair at english language subject with technique applying draw and colour can be told succeed.
