Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performance, the effect of organizational commitment on managerial performance and also the effect of job satisfaction on managerial performance. The data collection in this study used a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was distributed to 50 structural officials from 25 agencies and agencies in the local government of Kampar Regency. By using purposive sampling method, all questionnaires were returned (100%) and processed using the SPSS application. The results showed, firstly, budget participation showed tcount> ttable of (2,469> 2,0129). Then the first hypothesis which states that budgetary participation has a significant effect on managerial performance. Second, organizational commitment shows the value of tcount> ttable is (2.046> 2.0129). Then the second hypothesis which states that organizational commitment significantly influence managerial performance. Third, job satisfaction shows the value of tcount> ttable is (8.3359> 2.0129). Then the third hypothesis which states that job satisfaction has a significant effect on managerial performance.
