Abstract
Vacsination were one of the prevention method for the viral desease infection on broiler. The vactinations can be applicated by injection (intra muscular injection), mixed in food or drinking water, etc. The were differencies between male and female broiler on the immunities to viral deseases. The objective of the research will compare the effectivity of the vaccination between male and female broiler, by measurement of the limphosite of the blood of the broiler. The Gumboro Disease (Infectious Bursal Disease) were one of viral infectious disease on chicken, and vaccination were one of the important method to prevent the infection of the s viral. The effectiveness of the vaccination between male and female broliler, by comparing the limphosite count between male and female broiler after the intra-musculair vaccination with IBD-VAC and HIPRA CH-80. The result of the experiment indicated that there were no differencies in limphosite counting between male and female chicken, after the vaccination with the two vaccine (Gumboro IBD-VAC and Gumboro CH-80).
