Abstract

ABSTRAK Raudhah, (2019): Penerapan Strategi Take and Give untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di Kelas Vd Sekolah Dasar Negeri 181 Pekanbaru Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam melalui strategi take and give di kelas Vd Sekolah Dasar Negeri 181 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 orang guru dan 37 orang siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 181 Pekanbaru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukan aktivitas belajar siswa sebelum tindakan 54,42% dengan kategori sedang. Kemudian setelah menerapkan strategi take and give pada siklus I aktivitas belajar siswa hanya mencapai 70% dengan kategori tinggi. Pada siklus II aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 82% dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Artinya sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi take and give dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar di kelas Vd Sekolah Dasar Negeri 181 Pekanbaru. ABSTRACT Raudhah, (2019): The Implementation of Take and Give Strategy in Increasing Student Learning Activity on Natural Science Subject at the Fourth Grade of D Class of State Elementary School 181 Pekanbaru This research aimed at increasing student learning activity on Natural Science subject through the implementation of Take and Give strategy at the fourth grade of D class of State Elementary School 181 Pekanbaru. It was instigated by the low of student learning activity. It was a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research were a teacher and 37 students. Observation and documentation were the techniques of collecting the data. The technique of analyzing the data was Descriptive analysis that was percentage. Based on the research findings and data analyses, it showed that student learning activity before the action was 54.42% and it was on medium category. After implementing Take and Give strategy in the first cycle, student learning activity was 70% and it was on high category. In the second cycle, student learning activity increased to 82% and it was on very high category. It meant that it had achieved the successful indicator that was determined. Therefore, it could be concluded that the implementation of Take and Give strategy could increase student learning activity at the fourth grade of D class of State Elementary School 181 Pekanbaru.
