Abstract

Motivation is something that arises from within each individual individual and can also from the relationship around in an effort to achieve organizational goals. Motivation arises in the individual (instrintik) that is responsibility, honesty and development. While the motivation from the outside (extreme) that is incentives, work environment, security, and relationships. The purpose of this studyare: (1) To determine the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factors on the performance of PT. Wahana Tirta Milenia (2) To know what is the most powerful variable of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on employee performance of PT. Wahana Tirta Milenia. In this study used primary data obtained by questionnaire and processed using multiple linear method with software SPSS 16.0. From the research that has been done is found that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is very influential on employee performance, while the variables are responsibility, honesty, development, work environment incentives, security, and relationships, and after that further investigated the most powerful variable influence Relationships seen from the results of regression calculations.Keywords: Extrinsic, Instrinsic, Motivation, SPSS 16.0.
