Abstract
Coincide with the increase of Internet users in Indonesia, the number of users increases either streaming video or audio. This increase is based on the very rapid development of technology especially notebooks and tablets that use the wireless internet access. The use of streaming video transmission over wireless networks different from wired networks because of the characteristics of wireless network is limited compared with the wired network, and transmission characteristics of video streaming that require different handling than the transmission of text data in general. To maintain the stability internet service to users who access the various applications on the internet, would be applied QOS (Quality Of Service) methods in wireless network with HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket) data used is a video with the quality of 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p. QoS parameters are analyzed consisted of Delay, Jitter, Packet Loss, and Throughput. Results of analysis using RTP protocol for video streaming jitter value of 0 ms because RTP is designed to compensate for jitter and desequencing, if a packet is dropped or lost in the network then RTP will not perform retransmission in order to avoid delay due to retransmission requests. To get good results in the video, packet loss should range between 0% - 3%. If packet loss is more than 3% video results obtained are not satisfy because the video had a lot of damage to the image and sound.
