Abstract

The aim of this research is in order to get some informations about: (1) the correlation between officer attitude to leadership of headmaster with performance of officer, (2) the correlation between organization’s atmosphere with spirit of officer, (3) the correlation between officer attitude to leadership of headmaster and organization’s atmosphere with performance of administration’s officer at SMAN Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir . The population of this research was all the officers in administration of SMAN Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir , by total numbers are 78 participants. The sample in this research with totaly 58 officer. The consideration of this sample, by using Propotional Stratified Sampling. Analysis of data that was used by r egression, test F, test T, determination of co - efficiently, and test of classic assumption. The results of the reseach showed that: (1) there is a positive correlation between officer attitude to leadership of headmaster with performance officer at SMAN Ka bupaten Indragiri Hilir administration’s officers , (2) there is a positive correlation between organization’s atmosphere with performance of officer , (3) there is a positive correlation between officer attitude to leadership of headmaster Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang : (1) Hubungan antara sikap pegawai terhadap kepemim pinan kepala sekolah dengan Kinerja ; (2) Hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan Kinerja pegawai; (3) Hubungan antara sikap pegawai terhadap kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi dengan Kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh pegawai administrasi SMA Negeri Se - Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir berjumlah 78 orang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 58 orang. Penetapan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik acak sederhana ( simple random sampling ). Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi, uji F, uji t, koefisien determinasi dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara sikap pegawai terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan Kinerja pegawai administrasi SMA Negeri Se - Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir . (2) Terdapat hubun gan yang positif antara i klim organisasi dengan Kinerja pegawai administrasi SMA Negeri Se - Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir . (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara sikap pegawai terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi, baik secara parsial m aupun secara bersama - sama dengan ii and organization’ s atmosphere, even in partially or togethernesss into the performance officers. So, it can be appeared, that officer attitude to leadership of headmaster and organization’s atmosphere can increase the performance of administration’s officer at SMAN Kabupat en Indragiri Hilir Keyword: officer attitude to leadership of headmaster , organization’s atmosphere, performance of administration’s officer Kinerja pegawai.
